Transfers and All Other Booking
- Wait Time: Standard 15 minutes free wait time and Airport 1-hour free wait time.
- Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
- If the passenger does not show up or fails to make contact within 45 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the trip will be considered a no-show
Hourly (As-Directed) Rides
Business Class Sedan & SUV: Minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
First Class SUV: Minimum booking of 3 hours is required.
First Class Sedan: Minimum booking of 4 hours is required.
- If your booked hours are completed and you require additional time, Please contact Lux Limo to book additional hours and ensure a seamless continuation of your service.
