Cancellation Policy

• Rides canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.

• Rides canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded, and the full trip price will be charged.

Additional Charges

• New York State sales tax will be applied to all bookings.

• Tolls and parking fees are charged in addition to the trip price.

• Cleaning fees: $100 for general mess and $450 for vomiting inside the vehicle.

• Smoking in the vehicle incurs a $250 fee.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for checking their belongings before leaving the vehicle. Lux Limo and its chauffeurs are not liable for any lost items.

• If any items are found, Lux Limo will return them at the customer’s expense.

Waiting Time Policy

• For airport pickups: 1 hour of free waiting time is provided. Afterward, $2 per minute will be charged.

• For non-airport pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time is provided. Afterward, $2 per minute will be charged.

Flight Delays

• Lux Limo tracks flight statuses and adjusts pickup times accordingly.

• If a flight is delayed more than 6 hours, the job will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy

• If a passenger does not show up or fails to make contact within 45 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the trip will be considered a no-show, and the full trip price will be charged with no refund.

Hourly (As-Directed) Rides

• Business Class Sedan & SUV: Minimum booking of 2 hours is required.

• First Class SUV: Minimum booking of 3 hours is required.

• First Class Sedan: Minimum booking of 4 hours is required.

Vehicle Capacity

• Business Class Sedan: 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage.

• Business Class SUV: 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage.

• First Class SUV: 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage.

• First Class Sedan: 2 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they adhere to the vehicle’s passenger and luggage capacity limits. Overloading will require an additional vehicle at the passenger’s expense.
